Aiming at the problems of DC fault isolation and power surplus in HVDC system with large-scale wind farm (WF) integration after single-pole grounding fault, this article designs a modified current transfer modular multilevel converter (M-CT-MMC) topology dissipation functions. The can be isolated through coordination each branch M-CT-MMC. In terms consumption, control mode switching strategy M-CT-MMC is designed to improve transmission capability non-fault pole enable it absorb independently. Furthermore, coordinated turbines resistors power. With advantages fast response speed reliable resistance, ride-through under different working conditions realized. Finally, effectiveness feasibility for are verified.
